About

I help leaders and teams work skillfully with tension at the intersection of emotional intelligence, conflict transformation, and mindfulness. Many of my clients seek me out for support with difficult conversations, resistance, and the relational patterns that quietly undermine trust, clarity, and effectiveness.

My work is grounded in presence. I help leaders slow down, notice what is happening internally and relationally, and respond with greater awareness and choice. From there, I help leaders expand their leadership repertoire, navigate hard conversations, and build more trusting and collaborative cultures.

I am the founder of River Logic Partners and the author of RiverLogic: Tools to Transform Resistance and Create Flow in All of Our Relationships. Through RiverLogic, I help leaders and teams move from friction to flow using a shared, non-blaming language based on river metaphors. This makes it easier to recognize patterns, reduce defensiveness, and restore movement in conversations that matter.

Over the past two decades, I have coached hundreds of individuals and teams and worked with leaders across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, and the public sector. I am an ICF-certified coach, certified in Emotional Intelligence, and trained in conflict resolution. My work often integrates assessment data to support meaningful, lasting behavior change.

I have a particular interest in organizations seeking to build cultures of shared leadership, honest communication, and greater relational capacity.

I hold degrees in psychology and health education, have been a student and teacher of mindfulness meditation for over twenty years, and live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
